Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • All orders confirmed with full or partial advance payment are processed within 1–5 business days.
  • We ship using leading courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC for safe and timely delivery.
  • Tracking details are provided to customers via email and/or WhatsApp upon dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery within India typically ranges between 2 to 7 working days.

2. International Shipping

  • ANANTA offers global shipping via air and sea freight.
  • Shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF, DDP based on mutual agreement.
  • Buyers must bear import duties, customs clearance charges, and local taxes unless DDP is agreed in writing.
  • All international payments must follow the OUR method; the buyer pays all associated transfer charges.

3. Packaging

  • Products are packed using export-grade materials like bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, heat-shrink film, and wooden pallets when required.
  • Customized packing is available upon request at an additional cost.

4. Shipping Insurance

  • Insurance is optional and can be arranged at the buyer's request.
  • If insurance is declined, ANANTA is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

5. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the order type and volume.
  • Custom or OEM orders may require 4–8 weeks of production time.
  • Delays due to port congestion, customs inspection, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

6. Shipping Responsibility & Risk Transfer

  • For EXW, risk transfers to the buyer when goods are handed over at our factory or warehouse.
  • For CIF/DDP shipments, ANANTA retains responsibility until delivery at the destination port or buyer's location.

7. Customs & Clearance

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local import regulations.
  • ANANTA will provide the necessary documents: Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/AWB, and any pre-agreed inspection reports.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At ANANTA, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every order. This policy outlines our approach to returns, replacements, and refunds for both domestic and international customers.

2. Domestic Orders

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective state.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing Support@anantaglobalexim.com with order number, product image, and reason.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back in their original, unused condition with packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.

3. Export Orders

  • Due to logistical challenges, international orders are non-returnable unless pre-agreed.
  • In case of damaged products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos.
  • Returns, if accepted, will be processed as per terms mentioned in the export contract.
  • Refunds for international claims are issued only after mutual agreement or successful insurance claim.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-manufactured products
  • OEM/private-label goods
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items returned without original packaging or authorization

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch in writing.
  • OEM and custom production orders are non-cancellable after approval and commencement.

Terms & Conditions

1. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, trademarks, service marks, brand names, and other intellectual property displayed on our website are the sole property of Ananta Global Exim.
  • Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the site or content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Terms of Sale

  • Orders are only accepted after full or partial payment, as agreed upon.
  • Prices may vary depending on the international or domestic market and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All custom or OEM orders are final and non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Invoices are issued post-confirmation of product details and quantities.

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods include NEFT, RTGS, UPI, SWIFT, PayPal, and LC (for eligible international clients).
  • For domestic orders: 100% advance or 50% advance + 50% on dispatch.
  • For international orders: 100% advance, or 50% advance + 50% pre-dispatch, or LC for orders above USD 10,000.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Ananta Global Exim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products or website.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the invoiced product.
  • In no event shall Ananta Global Exim be responsible for delays caused by force majeure events.

5. Force Majeure

  • Events like natural calamities, war, government actions, pandemics, strikes, and material shortages absolve Ananta Global Exim from its obligations.
  • Ananta Global Exim will inform the buyer within 7 days of any force majeure incident.

6. Amendments

  • Ananta Global Exim reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Users will be notified via the website or official communication channels.
